A guided tour, managed by Valls Global Turistic, in the Mas Esquilatxe farm. It's a horticultural farm specialized in the cultivation of calçot with IGP Calçot de Valls and seasonal vegetables, in a unique setting with views of the Mediterranean sea and the mountains of Prades. The visit is carried out entirely in the countryside, by the owners of the farm, which come from a family with more than eight generations dedicated to agriculture.
The activity consists of a guided tour of the farm, and, after finishing, a small tasting of Valls calçots with sauce is offered.
Visitors have the option of acquiring extra virgin olive oil with D.O. Siurana of own harvest, raw or cooked calçots and sauce to take away, among other products.
